Bring your puppy to our puppy parties!
What better way to make your puppy's experience with the vets a positive one and get him/her off to a great start in life!
The aim of our parties is to encourage early socialization essential to your puppy in this critical time of their life. The parties are informal and will include:
- Sessions of structured play with 3-8 fellow puppies
- Interaction with other people and pets
- Handling techniques to check teeth, ears, claws
- Basic early reward-based training e.g. 'come', 'sit', 'down', 'wait'
- Availability of advice on early undesirable behaviours e.g. jumping up, mouthing
- Information on vaccinations, worming, toilet training, nutrition, grooming
- Auditory sessions for the prevention of sound phobias such as fireworks and thunder, using CD's 'Sounds Scary' and 'Sounds Sociable'.
To come to the parties your puppy must:
- Be over 9 weeks of age
- Have had their 1st vaccination 1 week before the party
- Not have been out walking after their 2nd vaccination
Our parties are FREE!!!!
Your puppy will receive a graduation certificate and a free puppy pack on their final party.
Parties will be held on Thursday evenings.
